1. Core indicators of tear resistance and peel strength
It is necessary to verify the tear strength (recommended longitudinal ≥ 500N, latitudinal ≥ 450N) and peel strength>90N/5cm (DIN 53357). The tear strength of ordinary tarpaulin is usually less than 400N, and the peel strength is less than 50N/5cm. It is prone to delamination and tearing during repeated folding.
2. Waterproof and weather resistance performance verification
Confirm that the hydrostatic pressure value is ≥ 0.3MPa (ISO 811) and there is no leakage for 3 hours. Verify the temperature resistance range (-30 ℃ to+70 ℃) and xenon lamp aging test report for 1000 hours. The color fastness should be ≥ level 6 (ISO 4893-2) and the strength retention rate should be>85%.
3. Weight and customization process selection
According to the vehicle model, the recommended weight is 420-550g/㎡ for light trucks (easy to operate) and 600-900g/㎡ for heavy trucks (more wear-resistant). Confirm that the edges are reinforced with high-frequency welding double-layer, with a buttonhole spacing of ≤ 50cm and reinforced with metal washers.
