1. Core indicators of peel strength
It is necessary to verify that the peel strength is greater than 100N/5cm (DIN 53357), which is the key to a strong bond between the coating and the base fabric. Ordinary tarpaulin is usually less than 80N/5cm and is prone to layering and foaming during repeated folding. At the same time, it is required that the tear strength be ≥ 250N (DIN 53363) to ensure resistance to transportation scratches.
2. Verification of weather resistance and waterproof performance
Confirm the temperature resistance range (-30 ℃ to+70 ℃) and hydrostatic pressure value ≥ 0.3MPa (ISO 811) to ensure long-lasting waterproofing. Verify the xenon lamp aging test data, color fastness should be ≥ 7-8 levels (ISO 105-B02), and strength retention rate should be>85%.
