1. Verification of core indicators for UV resistance
The xenon lamp aging test report for 2000 hours must be verified. Professional grade products must meet the requirements of tensile strength retention rate>90% and color difference Δ E<3 (ISO 4892-2). Ordinary UV tarpaulins are usually tested for only 500 hours, with a data gap of 3-5 times, which cannot guarantee long-term outdoor use.
2. Balance between weather resistance and mechanical strength
Confirm the temperature resistance range (-30 ℃ to+70 ℃) and tear strength (recommended longitudinal ≥ 500N, latitudinal ≥ 420N). At the same time, it is required that the peel strength be greater than 90N/5cm (DIN 53357) to ensure that the coating does not separate during high and low temperature cycling and repeated folding. The hydrostatic pressure value must be ≥ 0.3MPa (ISO 811).
3. Weight and customization process
Choose the weight based on the transportation route: 550-650g/㎡ is recommended for short distance light loads (easy to operate), and 700-800g/㎡ is recommended for long distance heavy loads (more wear-resistant). Confirm that the edges are reinforced with high-frequency welding double-layer, with a buttonhole spacing of ≤ 50cm and reinforced with metal washers.
