1. Verification of core strength data
It is necessary to verify the fracture strength index, and the longitudinal strength of high-quality products should be ≥ 6000N/5cm (ordinary industrial fabrics are usually 2000-3500N). At the same time, it is required to provide a peel strength testing report (recommended ≥ 120N/5cm) to ensure that the coating does not separate under high load.
2. Extreme environmental adaptability
Emphasis should be placed on low-temperature performance, and professional grade materials must pass the -40 ℃ low-temperature impact test (ASTM D746). And request a xenon lamp aging report to confirm that after simulating ten years of outdoor aging (4000 hours), the strength retention rate is greater than 90%.
