Q: What authoritative certifications have been obtained for the "environmental" characteristics of the product?
A: Through RoHS heavy metal testing (lead ≤ 90mg/kg, cadmium ≤ 75mg/kg) and REACH SVHC 224 hazardous substance screening, it does not contain prohibited substances such as phthalates and azo dyes. Plush fibers are made of recyclable materials, with zero formaldehyde added during the production process, in compliance with the EU Packaging Materials Environmental Directive, and can be safely used in food contact grade packaging boxes.
Q: Is the stickiness of the "self-adhesive" layer long-lasting? Will there be any residue left?
A: The self-adhesive layer adopts a modified acrylic system, with an initial adhesion force of ≥ 10N/25mm (ASTM D3330) and a holding viscosity of>24 hours without displacement. After 7 days of high-temperature aging at 60 ℃, the residual adhesive rate is less than 5% and does not damage the surface of the packaging box. In practical applications, there should be no curling or shedding of the inner lining within 2 years after installation.
Q: As a 'flocking lining', how strong and wear-resistant are its fluff?
A: The peeling strength between the flocking layer and the PVC base fabric is ≥ 85N/5cm (DIN 53357), and the depth of fluff implantation is uniform. After 5000 Taber abrasion tests (CS-10 wheel, 500g load), the mass loss was ≤ 0.1g, and there was no shedding or pilling phenomenon.
