Q: How do the six major functions of the product work together? Is there a performance trade-off?
A: Adopting multi-layer composite coating technology, each functional layer works synergistically without conflict: the bottom layer is flame-retardant (EN 13501 B1 level, self extinguishing upon ignition), the middle layer is UV resistant (UPF50+, light fastness>6 level), and the surface layer is antibacterial+camouflage (antibacterial rate ≥ 99%, digital printing accuracy 600dpi). After 5000 hours of accelerated aging testing, the attenuation of each function is less than 10%, and there is no performance trade-off.
Q: How durable is camouflage printing in extreme environments?
A: The camouflage pattern adopts nanoscale pigment implantation technology and is not surface printed. After 2000 hours of xenon lamp aging (ISO 4892-2), the color difference Δ E is less than 3, and the color fastness remains above level 5 (ISO 105-B02). After 18 months of actual use, the jungle/desert camouflage still blends well with the natural environment without fading or blurring.
Q: What bacteria is the "antibacterial" function effective against? How about persistence?
A: According to AATCC 100 testing, the antibacterial rates against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Klebsiella pneumoniae are all ≥ 99%. The antibacterial agent is bonded to PVC molecules and is not a surface coating. After 50 industrial washes, the antibacterial rate is still greater than 95%. Continuous use for 12 months in an environment with a humidity of 90%, without mold growth, suitable for scenarios such as medical tents and field hospitals.
