1. Strength and weight matching
For swimming pools, it is necessary to choose thickened models with a weight of ≥ 1500g/㎡, and verify the tensile strength (warp/weft direction should be ≥ 3200N/5cm) and tear strength (≥ 750N/5cm). Ordinary waterproof materials typically have a weight of less than 1000g/㎡ and cannot withstand long-term water pressure and pool bottom friction.
2. Waterproof and weather resistance verification
It is necessary to confirm that the hydrostatic pressure tolerance value is ≥ 0.3MPa (approximately 30000mm) and the chlorine aging resistance test report (it is recommended that the strength retention rate after soaking for 1000 hours be>85%). At the same time, it is required to provide a certificate of color fastness ≥ 6 after 1000 hours of xenon lamp aging to ensure that it will not fade or become brittle after long-term sun exposure.
3. Low temperature and seam technology
Verify the temperature resistance range (recommended -30 ℃ to+70 ℃) and the low-temperature bending test report. Select seamless width (maximum 3.2 meters) based on the size of the pool body and confirm the use of high-frequency welding technology. The joint strength should reach more than 90% of the base material strength to eliminate the hidden danger of splicing leakage.
