The surface has undergone anti mold treatment (Grade 0, GB/T 24346), suitable for long-term coverage scenarios such as warehousing, agriculture, outdoor equipment, etc., and can maintain stable performance even in humid and hot environments.

1. Waterproof rating and durability data
The preferred product is one with a hydrostatic pressure value of ≥ 8000mm (commonly available on the market at around 3000-5000mm). It is necessary to check the wear test report. Professional grade fabrics should meet the requirement of ≥ 50000 times of friction without damage, far higher than conventional standards, to ensure long-term use without water leakage and scratch resistance.
2. Weather resistance and aging resistance
Request UV resistance test data, high-quality materials must pass a 2000 hour xenon lamp aging test and maintain a tensile strength retention rate of>85%. At the same time, confirm the anti mold level (recommended level 0) to avoid the growth of mold in humid and hot environments that may cause performance degradation.
3. Environmental adaptability verification
According to the climate of the usage area, verify the low-temperature flexibility test (it is recommended to bend at -25 ℃ without cracks). For long-term outdoor coverage, it is recommended to choose thickened models with a weight of ≥ 500g/㎡, and ensure that the edges have high-frequency welding or double-layer seam reinforcement to improve wind resistance and structural life.
