1. Matching weaving density and strength
Choose weaving density based on usage:
Truck cover: Choose 1000D high-density weaving, tensile strength ≥ 3000/2700N/5cm, tear resistance ≥ 590/430N
Courtyard furniture: Choose 600-800D, tensile strength ≥ 2000/1800N/5cm, tear resistance ≥ 400/300N
Camping equipment: Choose 500D lightweight weaving, balance portability and strength, tear resistance ≥ 300N
2. Verification of key performance data
It is necessary to verify that the peel strength is ≥ 100N/5cm (DIN 53357) to ensure a firm bond between the woven fabric and the coating. Require resistance to bending times>50000 times (DIN 53359A), suitable for frequent folding. Static water pressure value ≥ 0.3MPa (ISO 811) to ensure long-lasting waterproofing.
3. Weather resistance and customized craftsmanship
Confirm the temperature resistance range (-30 ℃ to+70 ℃) and xenon lamp aging test data (strength retention rate>85%). The weight can be selected from 500-900g/㎡, with high-frequency welding reinforcement at the edges and metal reinforcement at the buttonholes. Multi scenario use requires a balance between strength and portability, avoiding excessive design and increasing burden.

Answer: The performance was very outstanding. Our fleet has driven a total of 180000 kilometers and experienced multiple loading and unloading scratches. The hydrostatic pressure is always above 0.3MPa. The furniture is completely dry in the rainstorm, and its temperature resistance from -30 ℃ to+70 ℃ is consistent with the actual performance.

Answer: Absolutely not. Camping equipment has been repeatedly folded and stored over 40 times, and after inspection, the peel strength has remained stable at 98N/5cm or above, without any delamination or foaming.
