1. Core airtightness data

Professional grade materials must have a pressure drop rate of ≤ 2% within 24 hours at a standard pressure of 40-60kPa. Suppliers can be requested to provide third-party pressure testing reports, as ordinary waterproof fabrics cannot meet this stringent requirement.
2. Structural strength and durability
Inflatable frames require extremely high material strength. The base fabric should be made of high-strength polyester, with key indicators of longitudinal breaking strength ≥ 5000N/5cm and peel strength ≥ 100N/5cm. Insufficient data can easily lead to coating peeling or air column deformation after long-term use.
3. Weather resistance and fatigue resistance certification
