1. Multi functional priority sorting
Determine the functional focus based on the usage scenario: military/hunting priority camouflage concealment+flame retardancy (EN 13501 B1 level), medical/food priority antibacterial+waterproof (antibacterial rate ≥ 99%), high-altitude/desert priority UV resistance (UPF50+)+temperature resistance (-30 ℃ to+70 ℃). A single product is difficult to be versatile and needs to be selected according to core requirements.
2. Verification of key performance data
Flame retardant: Request EN 13501 B1 level or DIN 4102 B1 report, self extinguishing time from ignition ≤ 5 seconds
UV resistance: UPF value ≥ 50, color fastness to light>level 6 (ISO 105 B02)
Waterproof: Static water pressure ≥ 5000mm H ₂ O (ISO 811)
Antibacterial: Antibacterial rate ≥ 99% (AATCC 100), effective against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli

3. Process and customization confirmation
Verify the accuracy of camouflage patterns (digital printing ≥ 600dpi) and color fastness ≥ level 4. Confirm that the peel strength between the coating and the base fabric is greater than 90N/5cm (DIN 53357) and has passed 50000 cycles of flexural testing. The recommended weight is 600-900g/㎡, with high-frequency welding reinforcement at the edges to adapt to long-term outdoor use.

Q: What is the camouflage and antibacterial effect of this camouflage tarpaulin in jungle environments?
Answer: The performance was very outstanding. We have been using it continuously for 10 months during our field training, and the camouflage pattern is highly integrated with the jungle environment. After testing, the color fastness still maintains level 5 and there is no fading. The antibacterial function effectively inhibits mold growth, and no mold growth is found in environments with humidity above 85%. The antibacterial rate remains above 99%.
Q: Does the anti UV performance last long in high-altitude strong UV environments?
Answer: Very reliable. After 18 months of use at an altitude of 4000 meters, the UPF value of the tarpaulin remains ≥ 50 and the UV blocking rate is>99%. After professional instrument testing, the tensile strength retention rate still reaches 92%, and the material is not brittle or powdery. Its color fastness to light is fully verified to be greater than level 6.
Q: How is the protection performance in rainstorm and strong wind weather?
Answer: Excellent protective performance. After many times of rainstorm (the accumulated rainfall exceeds 2000mm), the hydrostatic pressure is always above 5200mmH ₂ O, and the interior is completely dry. In the instantaneous strong wind of level 8, the measured tear strength still reached 490N/540N without any tearing or damage.
