The PVC coating forms a non porous film layer, giving the fabric a high hydrostatic pressure value that can withstand long-term rainwater erosion without leakage. At the same time, the coating process enhances the anti-aging performance of the material, ensuring that it can remain flexible and not brittle during repeated sun exposure, folding and use, and extending the service life.

At the same time, the bright colored surface helps to reflect some heat and has a certain auxiliary effect on maintaining the temperature inside the box.

This fabric is specially customized for making "food isothermal distribution bags". Its structure can effectively isolate the external temperature, and combined with internal insulation materials such as aluminum film and pearl cotton, it can maintain the heat or cold inside the box for a long time, reducing temperature fluctuations. It is widely used in temperature sensitive scenarios such as cold chain food delivery, fresh food delivery, and vaccine transportation to ensure food safety and quality.

1. Comparison of core parameters: thickness and weight
Don't just look at '500D'. The key lies in the total thickness and weight. It is recommended to choose specifications with a thickness of ≥ 0.55mm and a weight of ≥ 650gsm. This ensures sufficient puncture resistance and thermal support. Ordinary 500D fabric has a durability difference of approximately 0.45mm/550gsm.

2. Waterproofing and Coating Technology
Pay attention to the hydrostatic pressure value; it is recommended to be ≥ 3000mm for food transportation. High-quality products adopt the "knife-scrapping coating" process, featuring thick and uniform coatings with intact waterproof films, while inferior products use "calendered coatings," where PVC is prone to cracking, peeling, and has a short lifespan.

3. Environmental Protection and Safety Certification
Food contact applications must be confirmed to be environmentally friendly and non-toxic. Suppliers are required to provide RoHS, REACH, or food-grade contact test reports. Ensure the PVC formulation contains no heavy metals and exhibits no odor migration, guaranteeing safe and compliant transportation.

4. Customization and processing requirements
Clarify your processing method (such as high-frequency welding, sewing). When customizing, processing parameters (such as heat sealing temperature) need to be provided in order for the factory to optimize the coating formula. Inform the end use (such as the box or cover) and suggest an appropriate peel strength (recommended ≥ 80N/5cm).

Q: Can this yellow fabric really resist rainy season rain?
Answer: It is completely preventable. We made it into an insulated box cover, and during three consecutive months of rainy season distribution, its waterproof performance with a static water pressure value of ≥ 3500mm has withstood the test. The interior of the box remains dry without any leakage. 

Question: What is the durability? Will frequent loading and unloading cause damage?
Answer: Very wear-resistant. We use the delivery bags made from it for over 50 daily loading and unloading. After 8 months of use, the fabric has an extremely low wear rate and no tearing. Its weight of 650gsm and thickness of 0.58mm provide critical support.

Q: Is it helpful for insulation?
Answer: It has a significant auxiliary effect. As an external protective layer, its low thermal conductivity and dense structure effectively block external temperature shocks. Tested outdoors in summer, combined with internal insulation materials, it can extend the maintenance time of low temperature (0-4 ° C) inside the box by about 20%.
