1. Functional printing verification
Focus on checking the weather resistance of the printing. Professional level camouflage printing should provide a xenon lamp aging test report (recommended ≥ 500 hours) to ensure that the color difference Δ E after outdoor use is ≤ 3, and to avoid rapid fading affecting the concealment effect. Ordinary ink printing usually lacks quantitative data and is prone to fading.
2. Heavy duty performance core data
It is necessary to confirm the tear resistance strength (recommended ≥ 500N) and wear resistance times (≥ 10000 revolutions). At the same time, pay attention to the static water pressure value (should be ≥ 5000mm) to ensure complete waterproofing in complex weather conditions. Insufficient data makes it difficult to meet the harsh outdoor environment.
3. Environmental adaptability certification
According to the usage environment, it is necessary to verify the low-temperature resistance performance (such as no cracks after bending at -25 ℃) and the salt spray resistance test report (recommended to be ≥ 240 hours). For special applications, environmental certification may be required to ensure the safety and harmlessness of materials.
