Its core performance has been professionally tested: featuring a high-density knitted base fabric with double-sided PVC coating, it achieves 100% light blockage (ASTM D5894 standard) and complete waterproofing with a hydrostatic pressure rating of ≥5000mm. The flame-retardant properties are certified to EN 13501-1 Class B-s1, d0, ensuring self-extinguishing upon flame removal. Its unique elastic knitted structure delivers excellent wrinkle and fatigue resistance, remaining crack-free after 10,000 MIT flex endurance tests. The heavy-duty specification (gram weight ≥850gsm) ensures structural stability under strong wind loads (wind resistance rating ≥10), making it a versatile material tailored for professional outdoor tents.

1. Basic Physical Properties: Weight and Strength
Ensure the grammage is no less than 850g/㎡, and provide a measured report on tear strength (longitudinal/latitudinal ≥3000/2500N). Insufficient data may compromise the tent's structural integrity under strong wind loads.
2. Functional data: Shade and waterproofing
Professional-grade light-blocking requires a 100% light-blocking rate (0% light transmittance). During procurement, actual light source testing can be requested. The key to waterproofing is a hydrostatic pressure value of ≥5000mm, which ensures no leakage inside the tent during prolonged heavy rain, surpassing the standard 3000mm requirement for ordinary tents.
3. Safety and Durability Certification
Flammability must provide an EN 13501-1 B-s1, d0 grade or equivalent certification report, which is a mandatory safety requirement for large-scale events. Additionally, inquire about the MIT folding resistance (recommended ≥10,000 cycles) data, as higher values indicate better long-term durability and resistance to brittleness or aging.

Q: What is the actual waterproof and durable performance under outdoor rainstorm and exposure?
Answer: Very reliable. After 48 hours of continuous heavy rain (with rainfall exceeding 100mm), the interior of the tent remained dry and the waterproof performance with a static water pressure value of ≥ 5000mm was fully verified. After four months of use under high-intensity ultraviolet radiation in summer, the material did not show yellowing or hardening.
Q: Is the full shading effect truly worthy of its name?
Answer: Fully compliant. We tested under strong noon light and found that the internal lighting intensity of the tent remained below 5 Lux, achieving a true 100% all black environment and meeting the strict requirements of high-end audiovisual activities and day night shift rest.
Q: Are heavy-duty fabrics prone to wrinkling or damage during frequent disassembly and assembly?
Answer: Excellent wrinkle resistance and durability. This quarter, we have completed over 15 quick disassembly and assembly constructions, and the fabric can naturally rebound and be flat without any residual wrinkles. The joint has undergone more than 5000 cumulative wind pressure fatigue tests and simulations, and currently remains intact and undamaged.
