1. Core structure verification
The preferred double-sided thickened PVC coating structure ensures full sealing and waterproofing. Request to provide a cross-sectional coating thickness detection chart. Compared with single-sided coating products, double-sided technology can improve wear resistance by more than 50% and eliminate water leakage hazards caused by exposed base fabric.
2. Comparison of key performance data
It is necessary to verify the tear resistance strength (should be ≥ 800N) and hydrostatic pressure value (should be ≥ 10000mm). Ordinary industrial tarpaulin is usually 400-600N/5000mm, and the data difference directly determines the service life under extreme weather or heavy coverage.
3. Durability test report

Request xenon lamp aging test report, high-quality products have a performance retention rate of>88% after simulating 12 years of outdoor irradiation (≥ 3500KJ/㎡). Simultaneously confirm passing the -30 ℃ low-temperature bending and flexural fatigue test (recommended ≥ 100000 times) to adapt to harsh environments.

Q: Is the anti-aging effect of this double-sided coated tarpaulin really obvious under long-term outdoor exposure?
Answer: The effect is very outstanding. Our equipment cover has been used outdoors for over three years, and there is no obvious hardening or cracking on the surface of the tarpaulin. After professional instrument testing, its tensile strength retention rate is still close to 90%, far exceeding ordinary single-sided coating products (usually below 70%).
Q: Does the double-sided coating design really realize full waterproof in rainstorm environment?
Answer: Absolutely achieved. In the recent continuous rainstorm, the hydrostatic pressure value of the tarpaulin has remained stable above 10000 mm, and the interior of the covered equipment has always been dry. Its double-sided sealing structure completely eliminates the common capillary water leakage problem of single-sided coatings.
Q: Does frequent friction of heavy machinery cause significant damage to tarpaulins?
Answer: The damage is minimal. The tarpaulin comes into contact and rubs against the metal parts of the equipment on a daily basis. After one year of use, there is no exposed base fabric or peeling coating at the worn area. Its actual tear resistance strength still exceeds 780N, verifying the excellent wear resistance of the double-sided coating.
