Low weight materials are prone to swinging and damage in wind and rain.
2. Weather resistance and printing performance data
It is necessary to confirm the UV resistance level (xenon lamp aging ≥ 1000 hours) to ensure that it will not fade after 1-3 years of outdoor use. Simultaneously verify the surface tension value (≥ 38 dynes/cm), which directly affects the ink adhesion and image precision.
3. Customization and Security Requirements
Select the width (usually 1.5m/3.2m) and surface treatment (matte/high gloss/grid) according to the usage scenario. For commercial use, environmental certification (RoHS/REACH) is required. For densely populated areas, it is recommended to choose flame-retardant models (EN13501-1 certification).
