2. Self adhesive performance verification
Confirm that the initial adhesion force is ≥ 10N/25mm (ASTM D3330) and the holding strength is>24 hours, ensuring that the lining is firmly positioned without displacement. Check the residual adhesive rate after peeling, high-quality products should have no residue and not damage the surface of the packaging box.
3. Environmental Protection and Weight Selection
RoHS heavy metal testing report (Pb ≤ 90mg/kg) and REACH compliance certificate must be required. Choose weight based on the type of packaging box: For light luxury gift boxes, we recommend 300-350g/㎡ (balancing softness and stiffness), while for heavy equipment packaging, we recommend 400-450g/㎡ (more wear-resistant).
