1. Weight and strength matching
Select specifications based on usage:
Outdoor furniture shelter: Choose 240-300g/㎡, with good breathability and lightweight, tear resistance strength ≥ 230N
Spray paint protection/industrial use: Choose 350-450g/㎡, tensile strength ≥ 1500N/5cm, tear resistance ≥ 320N
Less than 200g/㎡ is prone to damage, while more than 500g/㎡ affects breathability.
2. Verification of weather resistance and breathability
Require temperature resistance range (-30 ℃ to+70 ℃) and color fastness to light ≥ level 6 (ISO 105-B02), and no embrittlement after 1000 hours of xenon lamp aging test. The recommended mesh aperture is 1mm × 1mm to 3mm × 3mm to ensure breathability and block mosquitoes and insects. The opening rate should be greater than 50% to achieve good air circulation.
3. Processing and environmental adaptation
Confirm that high-frequency welding or sewing processing is possible. Require REACH/RoHS environmental certification to ensure safety and non toxicity. Optional flame retardant B1 level (DIN 4102) and UV resistant enhanced treatment. Width of 1.5-3.2 meters is optional, and color customization is supported. Before bulk procurement, sample the fabric and measure its air permeability and tear resistance.
