1. Verification of inflatable specialized structures
It is necessary to confirm that the peel strength is ≥ 100N/5cm (ASTM D751), which is the core guarantee for the non delamination of the coating and substrate in the inflated state. The peel strength of ordinary waterproof cloth is usually ≤ 50N/5cm, and it is prone to foaming and delamination under long-term pressure.
2. Strength and portability balance
Choose weight based on usage scenario: For portable swimming pools, it is recommended to use 650-750g/㎡, balancing lightweight (easy to carry) and strength (tear resistance ≥ 350N); Fixed swimming pools are recommended to have a weight of ≥ 850g/㎡ to ensure tear resistance of ≥ 450N and adapt to long-term water pressure.
3. Weather resistance and safety indicators
Verify the strength retention rate>85% after 1000 hours of xenon lamp aging and the low-temperature bending test report at -20 ℃. Confirm that the material complies with the EN 71-3 toy safety standard (heavy metal migration limit) to avoid the release of harmful substances. It is also necessary to verify that the static water pressure value is ≥ 8000mm to ensure absolute anti-seepage in a full water state.

Answer: Absolutely not. Our inflatable swimming pool has been continuously inflated for over 12 months, and after regular inspections, the measured peel strength remains stable at 95N/5cm or above. Answer: Excellent durability. We have completed over 30 cycles of inflation, deflation, and folding storage this quarter, with no cracks or leaks at the material creases. Its measured tear resistance strength still exceeds 380N, verifying the excellent fatigue resistance of the material.
Q: What is the waterproof and color retention after outdoor exposure to sunlight and rain?
Answer: The performance is stable. After a complete summer outdoor use (with strong accumulation of ultraviolet radiation), the static water pressure value of the swimming pool lining remains ≥ 8000mm without any leakage.
