1. Core indicators of wear resistance and mechanical strength
Industrial water bags need to be frequently dragged and their wear resistance must be verified to be ≥ 50000 Martindale cycles. At the same time, it is required that the tear strength be ≥ 1000N (ASTM D2261) and the tensile strength be ≥ 3000N/5cm (GB/T 3923.1) to resist sharp object puncture and mechanical stress.
2. Verification of anti-static and weather resistance performance
Require surface resistivity to be ≤ 1 × 10 ⁹ Ω/sq (GB/T 12703.4-2010) to effectively prevent safety hazards caused by static electricity accumulation. The UV resistance performance needs to pass the QUV 3000-4000 hour accelerated aging test, with a strength retention rate greater than 85%.
3. Waterproof sealing and safety certification
